Well, just spent the week in Cervinia (Italy) trying to ski, unfortunately most of it was shut, which is a real pain. Matthew and Jessica were a pain as always. Will not be taking them next year I think. Too much money, too much effort. Well going back on the 5th Feb I just hope the place is open.

Perhaps this is a male thing, but I hate shopping for cloths, if I must do it I know exactly where and what I need to get. None of this walking up and down the high street pontificating. I live in New Malden (South West London) and Kingston upon Thames has a huge shopping centre, a real retail wonderland (for those that Like that sort of thing). Was in and out very quickly this morning, about an hour, got all the stuff that I needed and some stuff that I did not need, impulse buy, very odd for me as it was not on the plan!

Go skiing tomorrow with friends and family - normally the most stressful time of year for my marriage, I love skiing and I normally only go once a year for a week SO I WANT TO SKI! Not dick around with my 12 year old son who makes a point of being a very difficult individual (most of the time), but makes an extra effort on family holidays to be a right arse (I hope he reads this blog in years to come and realises what a pain in the arse he has been in the first 12 years of his life, love him dearly of course)

What a nightmare returning from Prague - had the same Scotish pilot as we had going, which begs the question. when does he sleep? Was delayed an hour and a half! Sometimes I hate travelling! So decided to go round the M25 to junction 10 (A3), boy I would hate to hit this at rush hour, two years of 40 mph while the motorway is widened. So why the hell is it that NO ONE is working on it at night? If you live in the UK you know that we pay more than ANY ONE ELSE on the planet to drive our cars on the road, BUT HAVE WORSE ROADS than India (no insult intended!). For the honour of driving in central London we have to pay £5 a day ($8.5 or €6.5). Yet we are STUPID enough to put up with this crap!

Arrived in Prague yesterday, the pilot was a little more honest that I would have liked. There was a very thick fog and the pilot told us all that he was going to let the plane land itself. Smoothest landing in a long time(-:

Lots of snow in Prague, a lot colder than London, which was a bit of a surprise. Nice to see snow as all it has done in London is rain (a lot) lately.
